I’ll never forget….my dear father being in a church drama play, at church to honor God ON Father’s Day. On that particular Father’s Day long ago, (before I went with my family to see the play), I said to myself “Why is my father in a play on Father’s Day? Shouldn’t he be spending all day with his family in a father’s day way? Why is the church having a drama play on Father’s Day… taking fathers away from their families? But the play ministered to me in a BIG way, and I’m sure to a LOT of people in that it showed critical life situations and how a Christian and non Christian deal with them DIFFERENTLY. It showed the non-Christian or weak Christian giving up and not calling on the Lord for any help, and then finding himself with demons surrounding him and then the person committed suicide when life seemed too much to bear etc. Then the play showed the same critical life situation, but the person kept mentioning the name of JESUS over and over again, and asking for HIS help, and the demons FLED from him, and JESUS helped him and gave him STRENGTH to go on in life. Anyway, I will NEVER forget my father being in this GODLY play, making a HUGE difference in my life, and when I in critical life situations call on the Name of JESUS, I know HE is right here with me, all the time, helping me go on to keep serving HIM.
